Elsa´s vast life experience has centered around the service industry, all of which have helped her build a business that concentrates on maintaining satisfied clients.  After graduating from the University of Arizona, Elsa went on to be an on-air weathercaster until starting her real estate career in 1991.  She believes in the power of community and served as the Mayor of Brawley for two years during the time of her four year term on the Brawley City Council.  Elsa and her children, Sam Paul and Lila, are active in the San Diego community and are most grateful to call San Diego their home.
